At Clicky, all products are created with intention and produced on demand. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All Clicky items are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During limited drops or high-demand releases, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United States & Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order size and weight

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Clicky is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

If you believe your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist where possible.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed

  • Clicky is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
